We are seeking a Trust Operations Process Trainee for Banking and Cash Solutions - Personal Trust Services business to support the operations on Payment processing and reconciliation work. The person will be responsible for resolving reconciliations and other daily tasks and closing it within SLAs while meeting accuracy targets.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible to accurately process service request cases assigned systemically as per defined assignment and case deadlines, and also per established operating procedures
- Responsible to accurately resolve reconciliation exceptions
- Participate in Operational, Domain and soft-skills development training programs to develop process and domain knowledge and build/improve skills & competencies
- Participate in team meetings, huddles and brainstorming sessions to discuss process updates, operational issues and identify process improvement opportunities
- Correspond and coordinate with business partners at the Home Office in United States, to seek/follow up for missing/incomplete information pertaining to service requests to enable completion of such requests
- Ensure availability of required information and documentation to accurately process such requests
- Follow up with Advisors/stakeholders if additional information is required
- Approve requests that are In Good Order; Reject Not in Good Order Service requests and provide rationale for such decision

**Required Qualifications**

BCOM/ MCOM/MBA

Strong academic background with good analytical and problem-solving skills

Should be aware about financial concepts and accounting

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Ability to work independently & manage multiple tasks

Advanced working knowledge and experience on MS Excel & Accounting software

**Preferred Qualifications**

Attention to details with the ability to complete large volume of work quickly.

Team player with good interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude.

High level of attention to detail and ability to identify gaps.

Thinking ability to add more value to the existing processes.
