**About the role**

As a Trainee, you will report to the Financial Analyst and will be responsible for Accounts Payable (AP) process. Along the way, you will get to:

- **Invoice Processing**
- Receive, review, and verify invoices for accuracy.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes.

- **MIS reports**
- Prepare MIS reports related to AP activities
- Update daily AP tracker.
- Share daily status updates with AP team.

- **Filing & Documentation**
- Organize & file invoices, payment proofs & related documents.

- **Vendor Management**
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoice status, discrepancies, and payment schedules.
- Assist in onboarding new vendors and updating vendor details.
- Assist in payment batches

- **Employee Reimbursement Handling**
- Review & verify employee expense claims for processing reimbursement.

- **Internal Coordination**
- Work with logistics, procurement, and finance teams to resolve various issues.
- Maintaining credit card excel sheets.

- **Reporting**
- Update daily AP tracker.
- Share daily status updates with AP team.

- **Learning & Development**
- Participate in AP process training sessions.
- Stay updated on company policies, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
