Supervisor Trainee

**Job Summary**
The Supervisor Trainee is responsible for learning and developing the skills necessary to manage daily operations, lead teams, and ensure company standards are met. This position is part of a structured training program designed to prepare individuals for a future leadership role within the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Participate in a comprehensive training program to learn company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Assist supervisors and managers in daily operations, including scheduling, task assignments, and employee supervision.
- Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and promote a positive work environment.
- Support process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Learn to analyze data and prepare reports related to production, sales, inventory, or staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer or client concerns with professionalism and promptness.
- Attend meetings, complete training modules, and participate in leadership development activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
