- In this role, you'll be responsible for managing teams and service level targets role for P&C Insurance Operations Business. Facilitating goal-level creation for the team in line with Business goals and works with team to ensure the goals are cascade to all associates._
- Responsibilities_
- _Monitor, analyses and report on trends in the key underwriting performance drivers._
- _Leading weekly/monthly/quarterly discussions on operations with client UW and company stakeholders._
- _Understanding of risks faced by the function and the controls in place to manage and mitigate the risks_
- _Ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area_
- _Ability to function effectively in a team environment exercising good judgment_
- _Working with senior management and other peers for strategy development and execution planning_
- _Guiding the talent identification and development processes for a function._
- _Root Cause Analysis on escalations received_
- _Very good problem solving skills & attention to detail._
- _Ability to accurately interpret and compile information from a variety of sources and systems_
- _Ability to function effectively in a team environment exercising good judgment_
- _Ability to meet outlined and expected standards of timeliness and accuracy in completion of work_
- Language Skills_
- _Proficiency C1 German for Management Trainee/Domain Trainee and Proficiency C2 German for Assistant Manager basis years of experience_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Any Graduate, with relevant industry experience_
- _C1/C2 proficiency in German language_
- _Fluent in English language - both Written and Oral_
- _Communication - Good Written and spoken Communication Skills_
- _Good knowledge of MS Office specifically MS Excel_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Ability to own report development effort with mínimal supervision._
- _Problem solving; data related troubleshooting such as identifying reconciliation variances or determining cause of data anomalies._
- _Intermediate skills in MS Excel_
- _Be able to prioritize based on due dates and task demands._
