**About The Role**:
Key Account Executive are responsible to find business opportunities and manage long-term profitable relationships with the customer.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Experience in managing and retaining premium accounts / clients, good communication skills, and handling client queries.
- Look for the new client onboarding activity, and account setup process.
- Develop relations between the internal team and client following details to ensure quick response to identified problems.
- Develop new and fresh strategies to respond to high-volume client concerns and upsell the new features.
- Maintain client relations to build an excellent reputation for service and produce repeat business.
**Requirement**:
- High level of drive, initiative, and self-motivation.
- Understanding of Technology and User Experience.
