**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any field

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Fintech/BFSI industry

**Skillset Required**:

- Near-native fluency in English with strong command of grammar, syntax, and vocabulary
- Ability to speak, write, and comprehend English at a near-native level, ensuring clear, error-free communication in all interactions
- Minimal or neutral accent for smooth communication with North American native speakers

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Handling customer queries
- Maintaining CSAT (Customer Satisfaction)
- Taking accountability for customer satisfaction
- Providing end-to-end resolution
