**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth within the holiday packages sector.
- Analyze competitor activities, customer preferences, and emerging destinations to inform strategic decision-making.
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and other relevant stakeholders.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for holiday package sales.
- Pitch our holiday packages and services to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of partnering with our company.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals and partnerships.
- **Product Development and Customization**:

- Collaborate with the product development team to enhance existing holiday packages and develop new offerings based on market demand and customer feedback.
- Customize holiday packages to meet the specific needs and preferences of clients, ensuring a personalized and memorable travel experience.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to increase awareness and drive sales of holiday packages.
- Leverage digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and industry events to promote our brand and attract new clients.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**:

- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports to assess progress towards goals and objectives.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize sales effectiveness and maximize profitability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the travel industry, with a focus on holiday packages preferred.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and industry trends in the travel and tourism sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and partners.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

**Salary**: ₹10,151.21 - ₹34,998.35 per month
