Job Summary:
The Claim Executive is responsible for working with insurers to get our customers' claims paid in a timely and satisfactory manner. This role involves coordinating with both customers and insurers, as well as reviewing and evaluating claims to ensure their validity. The Claim Executive will work closely with the rest of the claims team to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with customers and insurers to gather necessary information and documentation for claims

Review and evaluate claims to ensure their validity

Negotiate with insurers to get claims paid in a timely and satisfactory manner

Keep customers informed of the status of their claims

Provide exceptional service to clients by promptly addressing any issues or concerns they may have

Contribute to the development and improvement of claims processes and procedures

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, insurance, finance)

**2+ years of experience in the insurance industry, in Retail - Health claim role - is mandatory**

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Ability to work well in a team environment

Customer service oriented with a dedication to providing exceptional service to clients

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
