Mumbai, India shift risk insurance brokers Full time

We have an urgent opening for the position of Motor Claims executive. The JD is as below:
1) Attending claim intimation.

2) Immediately & Proactively connecting with insured to collect adequate information on claim.

3) Scrutiny of Policy Document Schedule & Annexures.

4) Guidance to policyholder on first interaction with surveyor & also providing fair idea about the probable admissibility of the claim under the Policy.

5) Ensuring Surveyor appointment by prompt & Proactive Coordination with Claims Manager of concerned Insurer.

6) Ensuring the Survey within 24 Hours of intimation of the Claim.

7) In case the survey is not possible within 24 hours due to accessibility issue or distance, keeping the policy holder & all concerned informed on the same.

8) Claim Communications & Follow up

9) Other motor claims related work as and when assigned.
