Claims ManagementIntimation of ClaimsArrangment of claim files as per the Insurance Company guidelineScanning each and every documents and maintaing the data base of files.Sending the claim files with office person to the TPA addressCourier of files to address other than Mumbai.Maintaining the claim report.Regressive follow-up with the Insurance company for Claim SettlementArranging inspection for motor claimsQuery resolution of claimsFollowup with Clients and agents for additional documents requirementReporting of claims status every Saturday to our company CEO & Directors Saiba UploadUploading all claims details in SaibaCompressing and Splitting the files for uploadationUploading scanned files in SaibaAttaching Health Policies in Saiba Lead GenerationsGeneration of Leads for cross selling on Renewal dataLife lead Generation Renewal Management Downloading the last year renewal file every monthDownloading all the renewal notices from All Insurance Company PortalsUpdating the premiums in the renewal sheetUpdating contact numbers in the renewal sheetFollowup with clients before 2 months for their renewalAlternate days followup with clients Mailing company for the renewal notices which are not avaiable in the portalMailing company for any changes in the sum insured is required by the clientFollowup with clients after the grace period is done, for a fresh policy Training to Team Menbers of new Product and Market updations Facebook LeadsCurrently also working on Facebook leads sent by Prachi, and trying to connect them with us.Also trying to pitch any policies in Motor, Health or LifeTrying to convince the DSA to become our Agents. Feedback of ClientsAfter renewal of policies, calling clients for their satisfaction with us Also resolving their queries. QuotationProviding health quotation to clients in the companies like HDFC, ICICI Lombard, Star, Religare, TATA AIG, New India, Oriental, United, etc Additional ResponsibilityDoing motor renewal in absence of VrushaliHandling Reception and Admin work in absence of VrushaliHandling Nilam's work in her absence ReportsDaily MIS report (Renewed Policies)Weekly Claims MISWeekly Health Renewal MIS Value AdditonAchieving productivity improvement with value added operationsExecuting cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in Operation, Maintenance CostInnovative IdeaOther tasks as assigned from time to time
