**Job Title: Claims Executive - Non-Motor Insurance**

**Department: Claims / Operations**
**Location: Andheri**
**Reporting to: Claims Manager / Operations Head**
**Type: Full-Time**

**1. Claim Intimation & Registration**
- Coordinate with clients for claim intimation and gather preliminary incident details
- Register claims with respective insurers through portals or direct communication
- Maintain claim acknowledgment records and share claim numbers with clients promptly

**2. Documentation & Follow-up**
- Guide clients on required documents (claim forms, FIR, invoices, inspection reports, etc.) based on product type (Fire/Marine/Engineering/Liability)
- Liaise with surveyors, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely submission of documents
- Ensure proper documentation is collected for claim file completion

**3. Coordination with Insurers & Surveyors**
- Follow up with insurance companies and appointed surveyors for survey scheduling and report updates
- Track claim status and escalate delays in processing or approvals
- Ensure all technical queries from the insurer/surveyor are resolved in coordination with clients and internal teams

**4. Claim Monitoring & Settlement**
- Track open claims and push for timely approvals/settlements
- Verify settlement calculations as per policy terms and ensure client communication
- Assist in claim negotiations when applicable, especially for large-value or complex claims

**5. Reporting & MIS**
- Maintain and update trackers for:

- Claim intimations
- Pending documentation
- Open vs closed claims
- Claim settlement turnaround time (TAT)
- Share weekly/monthly MIS reports with internal teams and management

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong understanding of Non-Motor insurance products and related claims processes (Fire, Marine, Liability, Engineering, etc.)
- Familiarity with surveyor interaction and insurer processes
- Excellent documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Basic understanding of policy terms and claim assessment
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and insurer claim portals

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Insurance background preferred)
- III Certification (Licentiate/Associate) is an advantage
- 1-4 years of experience in claims processing for non-motor general insurance products

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
