We are hiring for a leading financial services company in India.

Experience**:2+ years**

Location**:Mumbai (on-site)**

Experienced professionals **must have 2+ experience as claims executive, working/worked for health or life insurance.**

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with customers and insurers to gather necessary information and documentation for claims.
- Review and evaluate claims to ensure their validity.
- Negotiate with insurers to get claims paid in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Keep customers informed of the status of their claims.
- Provide exceptional service to clients by promptly addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of claims processes and procedures.
