**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the execution of daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow and process efficiency.
- Utilize MS Excel to analyze data generate reports and provide insights that support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and implement solutions that enhance productivity.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Support the development and maintenance of process documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all tasks and projects.
- Provide support in the preparation of presentations and reports for management review.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members to ensure a smooth transition.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work activities.
- Adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by demonstrating a collaborative and proactive approach.

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis techniques.
- Possess a basic understanding of Consumer Lending Cards & Payments which is advantageous.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
- Show excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Display a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies as required.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work model.
- Maintain a customer-focused mindset to deliver high-quality service and support.
