**Position**:Tele Sales Executive**

**Location : Bangalore / Mumbai**

Experience**:Minimum 1 Yr**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Sales Calls**: Reach out to potential and existing customers to
promote holiday packages and special offers.
- **Customer Needs Assessment**: Understand customer preferences, budget, and
travel goals to recommend the most suitable packages.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales call targets and
revenue goals.
- **Follow-ups and Relationship Building**: Conduct follow-up calls, build rapport
with customers, and provide personalized assistance to secure bookings.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on all available holiday packages, destination details, and pricing.
- **Database Management**: Accurately document customer information, call notes, and feedback in the CRM system.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer queries, concerns, and resolve any pre-booking issues to ensure a smooth experience.

**Qualifications**:

- _**Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Tourism, or related field is a plus.**_**:

- Previous experience in telemarketing, outbound calling, or sales (preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality).**_
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills._
- Enthusiasm for travel and knowledge of popular holiday destinations._
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office._
- Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated to achieve targets._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
