Responsibilities Develop marketing strategies: Create and implement strategies to build brand awareness and connect with consumers Manage social media: Plan and monitor social media presence, identify trends, and create content for platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram Create marketing materials: Write and proofread marketing copy, design banners and videos, and create other marketing materials Organize events: Plan and attend events to improve the organization's reputation Secure sponsorships: Find and secure sponsorships for relevant projects Research the market: Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and requirements Analyze marketing effectiveness: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior Skills Communication: Communicate with team members, colleagues, managers, and customers Time management: Manage time well and organize tasks Analytical: Use analytical skills to evaluate marketing initiatives, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies Copywriting: Write effective marketing copy to attract customers Digital marketing: Understand digital and social marketing best practices, and be proficient in marketing software Education and certification A degree in marketing or communications Experience as a marketing executive or similar role A special certification in digital marketing

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
