We are immediately hiring for the role of _**Customer Care Executive (agent level)**_

Job Location
- Mohali (Industrial Area Phase 8), Punjab (Strictly work from office)

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- Understand customer queries and respond to it ensuring that all queries/concerns are answered.
- Answers their questions in a clear and concise manner using full sentences without grammatical and spelling errors.
- Respond to customers in the prescribed format given by the client.

Process Type_**: International Voice (Chat plus calling)**_

**Pay Structure**
- **Up to Rs 25000 CTC** (Basic Salary, Monthly) + Incentives + Bonuses

**Eligibility**
- Excellent English communication skills required (both spoken and written).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
