1. Full time Bachelor Degree.

2. Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

3. Proficiency in the use of Search Engine Tools, Virtual Collaboration.

4. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.

5. Result-oriented with an Eye for details.

6. Quick learner who is highly productive and can think out of the box.

7. Should be able to work under pressure and troubleshoot independently.

8. Handling Complete Backend Operations for Business Development Team.

9. Responsible for Handing Telephone Calls, Sales Data Management, Data Collection, Analysing & Multiple reports preparation & Team Management.

10. Planning & Execution of daily activities of your reporting authorities.

11. Handling multiple reports, working with formula, pivot tables, and pivot charts, and various other excel sheet components for accurate data.

12. Coordination, Follow-up & obtain the information/data on time.

13. Answering calls and resolving queries of client / customer with efficient and effective manner.

14. Responsible for preparation quotations & Invoice Generations.

15. Preparation of Periodical MIS reports as per the business requirement.

16. Excellent Communication & Listening Skills.

17. Strong computer literacy is a must.

18. Confident, Self-Motivated, and Team player.

19. Schedule Plan training programs. Maintain training calendars, planning tracking sheets, checklists etc.

20. Source trainers and maintain databases. Administration of virtual tools like Zoom/MS Teams for the execution of offsite programs.

21. Capture Maintain program related data (Assessment, Evaluation, Attendance etc.) Analysis Reporting.

22. Analyse and report program data using templates and dashboards.

23. Ensure implementation of action on feedback.

Company: - **Classic Maintenance Service**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chhattarpur, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:

- Operations: 3 years (preferred)
- total work: 3 years (preferred)
