As a backend operations professional, your job responsibilities typically involve managing the technical aspects of onboarding new clients or users onto a platform or system.

**Responsibilities for this role**:

- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new clients onto the platform or system.
- Set up and configure the necessary backend infrastructure to support the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with the team to design and develop integrations.
- Execute the migration of client data from their existing systems to the platform
- Working closely with the support or development teams.
- Provide training and support to clients.

Identifying opportunities to enhance the onboarding process and backend operations.

**Backend operations Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Previous work experience as an operations Executive.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with market research techniques.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
