Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-orientated and organised Backend Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling backend operations, maintaining data accuracy, supporting internal teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business functioning. This role is critical in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting front-end departments with accurate and timely backend work.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and maintain databases, records and internal documentation.
  • Process and verify data entries with high accuracy.
  • Coordinate with different departments (sales, finance, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
  • Assist in backend support tasks such as invoice generation, call to customers, and making booking on channel manager.
  • Should know basic post designing on canva.
  • Attending Call & Calling on Leads for hotel booking & cordinating with travel agent.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in backend operations (freshers with strong analytical skills may also apply).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Good to Have:

  • Experience working in the travel, hospitality, or Real estate sectors
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva.
  • Familiarity with lead following.
  • Ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Work Location: On-site (Janakpuri, Delhi)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
