**Job Title**: Sales and Operations Executive
**Experience**: 0-2 Years

**Salary Range**:20-25k
**Location**: Chhatarpur, Delhi
**Work Schedule**: 6 days a week (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
**Industry**: Corporate Gifting

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction**:

- Professionally handle and resolve client queries.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- **Order Management**:

- Collaborate with the IT/backend team for accurate and timely order processing.
- Monitor order progress to ensure seamless delivery.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture strong client relationships.
- Act as a dedicated point of contact for client requirements and concerns.
- **Product Catalog Growth**:

- Work on expanding and updating the product catalog to meet client needs and trends.
- **Brand Partnerships**:

- Assist in identifying and building strategic brand partnerships to enhance offerings.

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of experience in sales or operations.
- **Excellent communication skills** are mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,477.20 - ₹25,850.50 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Operations: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
