
Client Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and
requirements
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by
continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to
customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and
internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal
with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales by cross selling
and up selling that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and
external stakeholders
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or Post graduate (MBA)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), Proficient in
English.
- Understanding of the website, SEO terminology
- The ability to build rapport with key clients.
- The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and ability to make your own
decisions.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Open to travel for client meetings if require.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,550.34 - ₹30,000.00 per month
