- **Sales Support**: Assisting the sales team by providing product/service information, generating leads, and coordinating sales activities.
- **Order Processing**: Handling order processing, including receiving orders, processing payments, and coordinating with internal teams for order fulfillment.
- **Data Management**: Maintaining accurate client records, updating databases, and preparing reports on client interactions and sales activities.
- Understanding client requirements and expectations.
- Communicating effectively with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
- Coordinating with internal teams to deliver products or services that meet client needs.
- Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the client relationship.
- Ensuring timely delivery of products or services.
- Building trust and rapport with clients to encourage long-term relationships.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in client service, customer support, or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹28,372.50 - ₹32,527.60 per month
