**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized **Coordinator** to support day-to-day operations across client engagement, team coordination, content production, and social media management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic creative environment, has a flair for communication, and can juggle multiple responsibilities with efficiency and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities:Client Management & Lead Handling**
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings (online & offline)
- Maintain a lead tracker and follow up regularly on potential clients
- Assist in drafting proposals, meeting notes, and basic client communication
- Ensure timely updates are shared with clients during ongoing projects

**Social Media Management**
- Oversee Shunyanant’s social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Coordinate content calendar, post scheduling, and community engagement
- Collaborate with the creative team to source and post relevant content
- Track social media performance and suggest basic improvements

**Office & Project Coordination**
- Coordinate internal team tasks for video creation projects
- Manage booking, renting, and return of production equipment
- Assist in budgeting and logistics for shoots and meetings
- Liaise with vendors, freelancers, and creative professionals as needed

**Talent & Resource Sourcing**
- Identify and onboard quality freelancers (editors, cinematographers, etc.)
- Scout and recommend suitable models, actors, or talents for projects
- Maintain a reliable database of resources for various creative needs

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in coordination, admin, or production roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Working knowledge of social media platforms
- Familiarity with the creative/media/production industry is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace; experience with Trello/Notion is a bonus
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under mínimal supervision
