We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Project Coordination Executive. The role involves coordinating multiple ongoing pipeline projects, assisting in site management, and supporting office operations including tender documentation and follow-ups with vendors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate between site teams and office for daily work updates and progress reports
  • Maintain records of material movement, site status, and vendor schedules
  • Assist in preparing and submitting tender documents to various PSU clients
  • Follow up with suppliers and contractors for timely execution of tasks
  • Prepare documentation for billing and project compliance
  • Support the team in resolving on-ground logistical challenges

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred), or Any Graduate with relevant experience
  • Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are welcome)
  • Skills: Good communication, documentation handling, basic understanding of construction workflows and materials
  • Location Preference: Candidates residing near Sector 62, Noida will be given priority

Salary & Evaluation:

  • Starting Salary: ₹20,000 per month
  • Review: Performance-based evaluation post 12 months with scope for salary revision and permanent placement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
