Job Title: Client Coordinator/Digital Marketing

**Key Responsibilities**:
Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and addressing client queries or concerns promptly.
Project Coordination: Work closely with the internal digital marketing teams (SEO, PPC, Content, Social Media) to ensure project deliverables are on track, align with client expectations, and meet deadlines.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Understand and oversee the implementation of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, and Content Marketing, ensuring client goals are achieved.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with different teams within the agency to ensure seamless project execution, from campaign strategy to implementation, and provide regular feedback to improve team performance.
Client Retention and Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through continuous engagement, feedback collection, and issue resolution.
Reporting and Analysis: Provide clients with regular reports on project progress, performance metrics, and results, and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
Problem Solving: Handle client complaints and feedback professionally and work towards swift resolution of any project issues.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment and ensuring alignment with the agency's goals.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, ensuring that clients benefit from cutting-edge strategies and innovations.
**Key Requirements**:
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in client coordination within a digital marketing agency.
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Content Marketing.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Client-Focused: Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts to meet client expectations.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and translate them into actionable insights for clients.
Problem-Solving: Adept at addressing client concerns and solving problems in a timely, professional manner.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience working with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
Proven experience in successfully managing and retaining key client accounts.
