
Client Coordinator

Act as the first point of contact for clients and manage day-to-day communication.
- Understand client requirements and ensure they are conveyed accurately to internal teams.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams to ensure timely delivery of client needs.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by providing excellent customer service.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and client satisfaction.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations promptly and professionally.
- Maintain client records, agreements, and documentation in CRM or other systems.
- Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and updates.
- Support the management team in business development activities, if required.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, coordination, or customer relationship roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Problem-solving attitude and a client-first approach.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
