We are looking for a dynamic and proactive **Telecaller / Sales Coordinator** to join our team and support our e-waste procurement efforts. This role is integral to our mission of providing sustainable e-waste recycling solutions by contacting businesses, organizations, and individuals to promote our services, secure leads, and coordinate the logistics of e-waste collection.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Telecalling & Lead Generation**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients (businesses, organizations, and individuals) to promote e-waste recycling services.
- Identify and qualify potential leads and provide information on the benefits of e-waste disposal and recycling.
- Schedule meetings or collection appointments with interested clients.
- Maintain a database of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- **Sales Coordination & Client Communication**:

- Coordinate with the sales team and clients to ensure smooth e-waste collection and recycling processes.
- Provide clients with quotations, arrange for pick-up, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Resolve any queries or issues related to the e-waste procurement process, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of e-waste recycling and environmental sustainability is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
