**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Handling telecalling activities like patient counselling and telephone enquiries.
- Be the front facing individual at the clinic and address queries and refer to the right individual at the clinic.
- Mentor, guide and counsel patients about our Ayurvedic treatments & therapies and other programs.
- Manage the day-to-day MIS Update at the Clinic.
- Participate in Events, health camps as per requirement
- Any other task entrusted by the Reporting Manager from time to time as required
- Possess good communication skills
- Well-versed with Telugu, Hindi and English language is preferred
- Must have worked earlier in any hospital or clinic is preferred. 2-3 years experience as a patient counsellor is preferred.
- Well organized working style with excellent time management skills.
- Fair working knowledge with MS office and Internet

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

- Bachelor's (preferred)
