**Job Summary**:
MAAC Madhapur is looking for a **dedicated and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor (Female)** to join our dynamic team. As a key part of our student enrolment and sales process, you’ll be responsible for engaging with potential students, handling inquiries, and guiding them through the admissions process. You’ll play a critical role in converting leads into admissions by providing accurate information, timely follow-ups, and a positive experience.

This role requires excellent communication skills in **both English and Hindi**, as well as the ability to manage a **high volume of daily interactions**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Make 80-100 Daily Calls**:

- Initiate and maintain contact with potential students via phone, explain course details, resolve queries, and invite them to the center.
- **Engage with Walk-ins**

Greet and counsel walk-in visitors, understand their career goals, and recommend the right course options.
- **Lead Follow-ups**
- **Personal Counselling Sessions**:

- **Reporting & Target Achievement**:

- **Team Coordination**
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in English and Hindi
- **Sales & Customer Service Skills**: Strong communication and persuasive ability
- **Organizational Skills**: Manage leads, schedule follow-ups, and maintain CRM data
- **Tech Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM software, MS Office, and other reporting tools
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in academic counselling, tele calling, or education sales preferred
- **Soft Skills**: Patience, confidence, and goal-oriented mindset
