**Position Overview**:
Northfield International School is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team. This individual will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the admission process, providing them with a comprehensive understanding of the school’s programs, values, and culture. The Admission Counsellor will play a key role in attracting, recruiting, and enrolling high-quality students, contributing to the school’s growth and success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospective Student Engagement**: Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families, answering inquiries about school programs, admissions procedures, and the benefits of attending Northfield International School.
- **Admissions Events**: Plan and coordinate events such as open houses, information sessions, and school fairs to promote the school and recruit prospective students. Attend external events when necessary to represent the school and interact with potential families.
- **Student Enrollment Support**: Assist families with the enrollment process once admitted, including the completion of enrollment forms, fee payments, and orientation information.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from prospective families regarding the admissions process to identify opportunities for improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
