**About the Role**:
We are hiring a **smart, confident, and enthusiastic female fresher** to join as an **Admission Counsellor** at MAAC Madhapur. **No prior experience is required** - only **excellent communication and presentation skills**. If you are eager to begin your career, enjoy interacting with people, and want to guide students in making the right career choices, this is the right opportunity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make 200-250 calls daily to connect with students.
- Invite students for centre visits and counselling sessions.
- Guide students and parents about courses, career opportunities, and placement support.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly admission goals with focus and confidence.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Female fresher (graduates welcome).
- Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confident, energetic, and target-driven.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
