**Job Description: Admissions Counsellor**

**Location**:Hyderabad.

**Job Type**:Full-time, Permanent
**Schedule**: Day shift / Morning shift
**Experience**:2-3 years in the education industry
**Work Location**:In person

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Principal, Regional Head, faculty, and administrators to develop and implement admission criteria and standards.
- Design and execute marketing strategies to attract and recruit prospective students.
- Administer and coordinate admissions tests and interviews.
- Conduct market outreach activities to target and recruit prospective students.
- Act as the primary contact for prospective students and their families, addressing queries related to courses and the admissions process.
- Manage the admissions process, including prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, generating proposals, negotiating, and closing.
- Generate and analyze reports to track lead progress and provide insights.
- Report key metrics weekly, including campaign performance analysis.
- Support marketing initiatives as required by management.
- Handle inquiries via phone and in-person visits.
- Resolve admission-related issues in consultation with the Regional Head.
- Capture and enter student information accurately into the system.
- Increase walk-ins through strategic follow-ups on leads and referrals.
- Maintain confidentiality of all data.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role within the education industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
