Veranda Phire is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Admission Counsellor/Career Counsellor in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive career guidance and counseling services to prospective students interested in pursuing banking-related training programs offered by Veranda Phire.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with prospective students and their parents to provide information about our training programs and services.
- Counsel students on course selection, career planning, and the benefits of enrolling in our programs.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential leads and convert inquiries into successful admissions.
- Manage and maintain a database of prospective students.
- Assist in the fee collection process, ensuring full payment collection in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of students' financial transactions and ensure compliance with the company's fee collection policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for student recruitment and enrollment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all students and their families.
- Multilingual communication skills are highly preferred to cater to a diverse student population.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience in admission sales, Edu tech sales, Tele Sales or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the admissions process and fee collection procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools.
- Multilingual proficiency is a significant advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
