**Job Profile** - Customer Service Representative (CSR)
**Location** - Mumbai
**Exp. Required** - 3-4 YAERS
**Qualification** - Any Graduation
**Workdays & Timings** - Monday to Saturday (9.00 AM to 6.00 PM)
**Job Responsibilities -**
Fresh desk (CRM rule).
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective issue resolution and followup.
- Engage with agency holders and talent to address and mitigate recurring issues.
- Collect and document feedback from users and talent to drive app improvements.

and team collaboration.
**Other Requirements -**
1. Should be aware of the live streaming industry and operations
2. Should be able to communicate fluently in English & Hindi. (Other language proficiency
will be an added advantage)
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
