**Working Days**: 5 Days Working, 2 Rotational Offs
**Qualification**: HSC / Graduate (Both Freshers & Experienced)
**Pick & Drop**: Provided
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our voice process team. You will assist US-based customers by handling inbound calls, providing support, and resolving queries. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude are essential.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound calls, providing solutions to customer queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet performance targets (e.g., resolution time, customer satisfaction).
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work night shifts (US time zone).
