Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify, contact, and visit prospective customers to promote and sell polymer compounds. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Sales Planning: Plan and execute strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and new market opportunities to optimize sales strategies.

Technical Consultation: Collaborate with the technical team to address client-specific requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and field reports for regular review.

Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years of B2B field sales experience, preferably in polymers, plastics, or chemicals.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
