**Key Responsibilities**:

- **QR Code Onboarding**: Identify, approach, and onboard new merchants for digital payment solutions via QR code.
- **EDC Machine Installation**: Facilitate the installation of EDC machines in targeted businesses, ensuring smooth transactions.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Work towards meeting individual sales targets in a timely and efficient manner.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure continued business.
- **Daily Reporting**: Provide regular updates on daily activities, leads generated, and installations completed.
- **Fieldwork**: Regularly visit business locations across your assigned area in Jaipur.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address any issues faced by merchants during the installation or onboarding process.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th-grade education (higher qualifications are a plus).
- **Comfortable with Field Sales**: Ability and willingness to travel extensively across Jaipur.
- **Target-Oriented**: Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with a focus on sales and installations.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication in Hindi and/or English.
- **Basic Tech Knowledge**: Familiarity with QR codes, EDC machines, and digital payment solutions is a plus.
