**Job Title: Field Sales Representative**

**Location**: Jaipur
**Salary**: Up to 15,000 INR per month + Travelling Allowance + Incentives
**Experience**: 6 months to 1 year in Sales

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned territory. Promote and sell company products/services to potential and existing customers.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Regularly track progress and make adjustments as needed to achieve goals.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a strong understanding of the products/services offered by the company to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- **Reporting**: Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress. Report daily/weekly sales performance to management.
- **Market Research**: Monitor the competition and local market trends to identify potential opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- **Travel & Meetings**: Travel regularly within the designated territory to meet clients, conduct sales presentations, and attend sales meetings.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in field sales or direct sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with the local market in Jaipur.
