Dispatch Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
The Dispatch Executive is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating the dispatch of goods, equipment. The role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and effective communication to manage dispatch operations efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, schedule, and execute dispatch activities in line with company policies.
- Monitor and track movement of vehicles, materials, or service.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods or services to clients.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and service teams for smooth operations.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues and provide quick solutions.
- Maintain records of dispatch schedules, materials, and delivery reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly dispatch reports to management.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Any Gradudation
- 1-2 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or service coordination.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of dispatch management software/tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
