Primary position objectives:
1. To track movement of vehicles
2. To communicate with drivers and supervisors for timely placement.
3. Maintain database of drivers and supervisors
4. Continuous communication with transport/operations/private yard officials
5. Periodic updates to CS team for further communication to customers.
6. Escalate critical matters for immediate resolution
7. Adhere to established SOPs and SOP to be reviewed from time to time.

Key responsibilities:
1. Responsible for smooth movement of vehicles.
2. Ensure timely gate in and gate out operations.
3. Ensure to prepare various reports & sharing with concerned in time.
4. Ensure to bring efficiency in operations by providing best timely service to customers.
5. To have zero customer complaints.
6. Cost saving initiatives.
7. To maintain relationships with internal employees as well as with external vendors.
8. To follow strictly the SOPs
9. Ensure timely loading/unloading of Train.
10. Maintaining Customer Level Operations SLA
11. Maintaining HSE Standard and submission of reports
12. MIS and Productivity Monitoring.
13. Efficient asset utilization and route planning.
14. Vehicle scheduling and dispatch.
16. Preparing movement documentation, coordinate allocations of containers.
17. Responsibility for preparing daily basis reports Outward, Inward, Reached, Holding, En-route Break down, Offloading of vehicles.
18. Coordinating with Customer Care/tracking cell department.
19. Responsibility for GR receiving and preparing GR reports.
20. Coordination with drivers.
21. Coordination with customers for early release & offloading their vehicles.
22. Monitoring at other yards where our vehicles are loaded and offloaded.
23. Coordination with Exim cell and customer service for every handing/taking over of documents for transport planning.
24. Coordination with SIC for loading/unloading of vehicles inside the yards.
25. MIS preparation and Record Keeping.
26. Cash, Diesel and Fast Tag Management.
27. E- Way Bill Management.

Qualifications & competencies:

- Good Communication skills, patient and proactive
- Ready to work in shifts.
- Qualification - Graduate.
- To have very good knowledge of word, excel & PPT as well as software.
