The Wedding and Events Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of all company events, ensuring they align with the company's objectives and brand image. This role requires a strategic leader with a passion for event management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to drive projects from concept to completion.

**Wedding event experience is must.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement the events strategy in line with the company’s goals and objectives.
- **Event Management**: Lead the planning and execution of a variety of events, including conferences, trade shows, corporate meetings, product launches, and social events.
- **Budget Management**: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and mentor the events team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful event execution.
- **Vendor Management**: Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and other external partners to secure the best services at optimal rates.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and senior management, to ensure event objectives are met.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Oversee all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual setup.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address unforeseen issues.
- **Post-Event Evaluation**: Analyze event performance, gather feedback, and produce post-event reports to assess success and areas for improvement.
- **Brand Representation**: Ensure all events reflect the company’s brand identity and uphold its reputation in the market.
- **Innovation**: Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the events strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 6 months of experience in event management, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial oversight.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in event management software and tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Salary - 15k -30k

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
