Our client list is diverse including large corporates like Makemytrip, PWC, Harvard, NIIT, Government of India, Oxford Policy Management, Jamboree to startups like Kamal Kisan, Boxpfa, ZooFresh and others in interesting domains.

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design compelling **ad creatives** for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Develop **social media posts, carousels, stories, and infographics** to enhance brand presence.
- Ideate and create **engaging reels, animations, and motion graphics** aligned with current trends.
- Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute **campaign visuals**.
- Maintain brand consistency while adapting designs for different platforms and audience segments.
- Stay updated on **design trends, platform updates, and ad creative best practices**.
- Optimise creatives based on **performance metrics and A/B testing insights**.

**Requirements**:

- **Preferred 1+ years** of experience in graphic design and social media content creation.
- Proficiency in **Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and Canva**.
- Familiarity or interest in AI tools and how they enhance content creation is a plus.
- Strong understanding of **social media aesthetics, ad formats, and platform-specific guidelines**.
- Experience with **motion graphics, video editing, and reel creation**.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced environment** and meet deadlines.
- A creative mindset with **strong storytelling and visual communication skills**.
- Knowledge of **performance marketing and designing for conversions** is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
