Guide customers in buying fabrics in a consultative manner.
Existing Order Status
Return and cancellation status, Respective refund Payment and fulfillment status
Respond to fabric and order related queries on social media and Whatsapp
Manage related processes on CRM and Store Management Software
Coordination with Cross-Functional Teams as follows
Inventory Management Team
Logistics Management Team
Marketing and Advertising
Fluent English and Hindi verbal and mail communication
Previous experience in call center (domestic or international) would be preferred
Any relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Holder
0-2 years of relevant experience
