Skills and Qualifications - 1-6 years of experience in customer support or a related field. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. - Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset. - Basic knowledge of technical support and troubleshooting techniques.
