**Position Title**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage inbound and outbound calls from patients seeking information on doctors and specialists, appointment scheduling, and general patient concerns.
- Make outbound calls to gather feedback and follow-up with patients. Respond to emergency code announcements in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism with patients while building strong relationships with each caller.
- Update patient data in the patient service database after each call.
- Maintain regular communication with the management team.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be 18 years of age or older. A graduate or pursuing graduation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Ability to always remain professional and courteous with patients.
- Must be available to work during holidays and weekends.

**Other Information**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
