As an Assistant in the Vegetable Section, you will provide essential support to the Floor Manager in maintaining the efficient operations and excellent customer service of the vegetable section. Your responsibilities will include assisting with merchandising, inventory management, customer inquiries, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the section.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Merchandising Support**:Assist in arranging and maintaining visually appealing displays of vegetables.
Help with stocking products, ensuring products are rotated for freshness.
Contribute to the aesthetic presentation of the section.

**Inventory Assistance**:Help monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to the Floor Manager.
Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for quality and accuracy.
Aid in maintaining accurate inventory records.

**Customer Interaction**:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
Answer customer questions about products, availability, and usage.
Direct customers to products and address their concerns professionally.

**Hygiene and Organization**:Keep the section clean, organized, and free from debris.
Assist in adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
Help maintain the overall appearance of the vegetable section.

**Team Support**:Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist associates with tasks as directed by the Floor Manager.
Support a positive and productive team environment.

**Promotion and Sales Assistance**:Participate in setting up promotions and displays as directed.
Help in keeping promotional signage accurate and up-to-date.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Customer service-oriented attitude with good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of vegetables, their varieties, and seasons is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cannanore, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
