Job Description**:Production Supervisor**

**Job Overview**:
A Production Worker is responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality goods. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Production Team**: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production workers to ensure they meet production goals and adhere to safety and quality standards.
- **Plan and Schedule**: Coordinate production schedules, allocate resources, and ensure that all shifts are adequately staffed.
- **Monitor Performance**: Track production metrics, analyze performance data, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- **Ensure Quality**: Oversee quality control processes to ensure that products meet company and industry standards. Address any quality issues promptly.
- **Enforce Safety**: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, conduct safety training, and address any safety concerns immediately.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify and resolve production issues, including machinery malfunctions, workflow disruptions, and staffing challenges.
- **Communication**: Act as a liaison between production workers and upper management, conveying information about production schedules, goals, and changes.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of production output, materials used, and any incidents. Prepare reports for management as required.
- **Training and Development**: Provide training and development opportunities for production workers to enhance their skills and improve productivity.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in managing production budgets and controlling costs related to labor, materials, and equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: 1 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
