**Job Summary**: You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers or clients, introducing our products/services, and assisting them with their inquiries. Your role will involve generating leads, setting up appointments, and maintaining a positive relationship with prospects to drive sales and achieve business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential clients or customers from provided leads or contact lists.
- **Product/Service Promotion**: Clearly and persuasively explain our products or services to prospects.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads and gather relevant information.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments for sales representatives or follow-up calls.
- **Customer Assistance**: Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues or concerns.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of calls made, leads generated, and follow-up actions taken.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from prospects to help improve our products/services and sales strategies.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on call activities, lead status, and sales results to the team or management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar role is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
- **Listening Skills**: Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate responses.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Attitude**: Positive attitude with a high level of motivation and enthusiasm.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
