Pursuing LL.B. or any equivalent Law Degree [students in their 3rd or 4th year (for a 5-year course) or 2nd year (for a 3-year course)] from a well-recognized law college or university, preferably from the Top 30 Law Colleges as per the latest NIRF Rankings of the Government of India.

**What you will be doing here -**
- Drafting Service Agreements, MOUs, Non-Disclosure Agreements and Letter of Intent.
- Compiling and reviewing Trademark and Copyright queries.
- Assist the legal team with research/es on various issues/topics related to different laws including but not limited to labour laws, contract laws, Information Technology laws, Data Protection and Privacy laws, Intellectual Property related laws.
- Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and presentations for internal purposes.

**Skills Required -**
- Proficient in English language (Written & Verbal).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research tools such as Manupatra, SCC, LexisNexis, etc.
- Advanced drafting skills.
- Familiar to laws applicable to Private Companies, with basic knowledge of IPR, IT and Employment Laws.
- Ability to work and coordinate effectively with cross functional teams.
