**Job Title: Legal Counsel**

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Legal Advisory Services**: Provide expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of issues, including but not limited to corporate governance, contracts, regulatory compliance, employment law, and intellectual property.
- **Communication**: Communicate legal advice and recommendations to non-legal stakeholders in a clear, understandable manner, fostering collaboration and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- **Drafting and Review**: Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, policies, and legal correspondence, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and relevant laws.
- **Risk Assessment**: Identify legal risks and potential areas of exposure to the organization, develop strategies to mitigate such risks, and advise on appropriate risk management measures.
- **Compliance Monitoring**: Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the organization's operations, assess their impact, and advise on compliance requirements and best practices.
- **Dispute Resolution**: Assist in the management and resolution of legal disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- **Training and Education**: Develop and deliver training sessions and educational materials to enhance legal awareness and compliance among employees and management.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal clients, external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate efficient legal support and collaboration.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
